The Lewis County Maternity House is an 18-24 Month transitional house for pregnant teens and adults in need of housing and support.

Here’s what we provide:

Shared housing in a fully staffed program with on site house managers, program supervisory teams and state resourcing coaches. In addition to the mentorship and support provided through those teams, all meals, classes for successful pregnancy, motherhood and important life skills are included in the 18-24 month transition program. Other classes include, but aren’t limited to, financial planning, birth planning, maternal health, job search & resume support and home & meal planning.

Where are we located:

The LC Maternity House is located on a spacious corner lot in Centralia, Washington with easy access to a bus line two blocks away and a short walk to Centralia College. Centralia is located between Portland and Seattle on i5. Applicants from all over the United States are invited to apply to live at the Maternity House and applicants will receive a response with move in or waitlist information.

How to apply:

LC Maternity House is open to pregnant moms of any age facing homelessness. Applications are available online or in-person at the office. The office is located at 2400 Cooks Hill Rd, Centralia, WA 98531 open Monday-Thursday from 9am-2pm. Fill out either the online or paper application and our team will be in touch with you to schedule a tour.
